Our Desktop Support group at Web Designers of Orlando offers a variety of services to end users. Desktop Support is available Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM. Desktop Support covers hardware and software troubleshooting on multiple platforms.
To receive assistance from the Desktop Support group, we encourage you to first contact the Web Designers of Orlando Support Staff via email, Service Request form, or by phone.
Our Desktop Support group will process your request and relay it to the proper technician for the task in question. Using our Ticket System will help expedite the process of getting your needs satisfied. Although our Ticket System’s main function is to dispatch information to the right technician, we welcome phone calls as well.
